The country house "I tre girasoli" is located on the hill just outside Grutti and can host 7 people .

The country house is indipendent, furnished in rustic style with some ancient piece; it is well placed in envinronment thanks to a beautiful garden full of roses and lavanders. We cultivated even a hundred olive trees for the family production of fine Umbrian oil.

On the right side of the property you can find a shaded parking and the house is just after a short street lined with roses. It is built according to the classic type of a house in the Umbrian contrysise with an external staircase.

The living-dinner room, the kitchen, the bedroom and a bathroom with shower are located on the gound floor.

The leaving room leads to a beautiful porch with a rocking chair from wich you can admire the view while relaxing in the countryside and, in the background, you can have a overlooking of Todi (12 km). In the porh space is also an area equipped where you can have lunch.

Next to the porch in the meadow there is an area dedicated to children with a slide and a swing.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom with attached bathroom (shower), a triple room and a bathroom (bathtub).

In a high position, just on the back of the house, you can find a swimming pool (8 x 4 metres, depth 1,5m) that offers privacy and after visiting of medieval umbriam villages. Umbrella, sun loungers, a shady pergola and BBQ contribute to a complete relax in the flowered garden.

Inside the property there are fruit trees and in summer we take care of a small vegetable garden from wich guests can teake and tast veggie.

Perfect for day trip to the most important umbrian art cities (Spoleto, Orvieto, Assisi, Gubbio, Montefalco, Spello, Bevagna, Foligno, Perugia, Lago Trasimeno etc....)  situated in 50 km rage.
